Solar power producer Amarenco Groupas closed a EUR150 million investment led by Tikehau Capital, the alternative asset management and investment group.
Amarenco started a capital raising process at the beginning of the year to secure a total investment capacity of EUR3 billion to fund growth in Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East markets whilst maintaining Amarenco as an independent, founder-led company.
This new capital commitment a share capital increase and an equity line totalling EUR150 million. The capital raise was subscribed to by the co-founders themselves, by IDIA Capital Investissement and by Tikehau Capital through its Energy
TA Associates, a global growth private equity firm, has appointed Andrew Harris as Director of Investor Relations, effective 9 November.
Based in TA’s Boston office, Harris will lead and manage the firm’s global investor relations and fundraising functions.
