Dany Garcia, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and RedBird Capital Partners have been selected as the winning bidder for substantially all of the assets of Alpha Entertainment, the parent company of the XFL American football league.  The XFL assets will be sold to Garcia, Johnson and RedBird for approximately USD15 million, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the asset purchase agreement. KKR has agreed to acquire a majority stake in MasterD, a vocational training company in Spain. Luis Gomez, MasterDs’s founder, and management team will reinvest alongside KKR.
