Private equity firm The Riverside Company has acquired La Galvanina (Galvanina), a fourth generation, family-owned, Italian producer of premium private label and branded mineral water and traditional and organic soft drinks.

Pamplona Capital Management invested in Latham alongside former majority owner Wynnchurch Capital in December 2018.

Silverbear, a member of the ClearCourse Partnership and a membership and CRM solutions provider for professional organisations, trade associations and the wider Not-for-Profit sector, has acquired Decisions, a provider of CRM solutions, application development and support for membership associations.
The deal was financed by ClearCourse and represents the first acquisition made by one of its companies since the Partnership was set up seven months ago.
Decisions provides configurable, integrated management software and consultancy and events management services to member-driven associations, societies, clubs and professional institutes, such as the British Association for Shooting and Conservation and the Society of Genealogists.

Augnet, a London-based technology start-up looking focused on he SMS and messaging space, has secured GBP1.3 million in an investment round led by riple Point Venture.
Triple Point has invested in Augnet alongside a number of industry experts and investors and the funds will be used by to further develop the platform, support the testing stage and invest in its sales and marketing channels.

Latour Capital is now the new majority shareholder of Atlas for Men, alongside company president Marc Delamarre and his management team.
The exit of Activa Capital, Initiative et Finance and Indigo Capital, comes less than three years after they bought the company in a spin-off from the De Agostini group, alongside Delamarre and his team.

Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) are also growing, but it’s important to look at the full picture. As of 31 March, 2019, the Investment Company Institute (ICI) reports that there are more than USD19 trillion in assets in open end mutual funds, compared to USD3.77 trillion in ETFs, with AUM growing for both categories.
