Natixis Investment Managers’ affiliate Ostrum AM is expanding its business in the Asia-Pacific region by opening a subsidiary in Hong Kong to provide investors opportunities to diversify into real asset private debt. Despite the prevailing economic uncertainty surrounding Brexit, Velocity Capital Advisors has closed its Velocity Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) Technology Fund 5 and Velocity Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS) Technology Fund 4, having raised three times the investment secured in the previous funding round. Behrman Capital (Behrman), a private equity investment firm based in New York and San Francisco, has acquired Waterline Renewal Technologies (Waterline), a division of Triwater Holdings. Members of Waterline’s senior management team invested in the transaction alongside Behrman.
