Private equity firm Apposite Capital has teamed with management to make a substantial investment in Riverdale Healthcare and part fund its investment in Alpha Vitality Group. Debt for the investment has been provided by Metro Bank.
Alpha Vitality Group is a ten practice dental group operating in North East England offering a mix of NHS and private family dental services, implant and referral services and NHS and private orthodontics. Financial details of the transactions are not disclosed.

Private equity firm Thoma Bravo has completed the acquisition of Veracode Software (Veracode), a provider of next-generation application security testing (AST), from Broadcom Inc, in an all-cash transaction valued at USD950 million.

Glennmont Partners is to sell three operational, ground-mounted solar PV projects located in Veneto and Lazio, Italy, totaling 85.4MW, to Tages Capital.
The three solar PV projects, Enersol (48.0MWp), Megasol (13.2 MWp) and Phenix (24.2 MWp) projects, started operations in 2011 and are part of a combined deal in line with the divestment strategy for the first Fund of Glennmont Partners, one of Europe’s largest fund managers focusing exclusively on investment in clean energy infrastructure.

Private equity investment firm HIG Capital (HIG) has closed the sale of Enerwise Global Technologies (CPower) to LS Power.
