High Road Capital Partners’ portfolio company U-C Coatings has completed the acquisition of Contechem. The deal marks High Road’s 50th transaction. The two companies provide complementary products for protecting freshly cut lumber and logs. Based in Portland, Oregon, Contechem is a leading manufacturer of wood protection products. Mid-market private equity investor LDC has completed the sale of fume extraction and filtration specialist BOFA International (BOFA) to NYSE-listed Donaldson Company, a worldwide manufacturer of filtration systems and parts. MidOcean’s investment will be used to drive FFP’s continued growth and expansion.
