Cavendish Corporate Finance has advised the shareholders of Express Vending Group Limited (Express Vending), a UK supplier of premium refreshment solutions, on its sale to Selecta Group (Selecta). Express Vending is a privately-owned, fast-growing UK supplier of premium vending services. The business generated sales of more than GBP39.0 million in the twelve months ending July 2018. Founded in 1992, Express Vending is focused on London and the neighbouring counties. VividGro, a portfolio company of private equity firm Pegasus Capital Advisors (Pegasus), has secured investment firm Merida Capital Partners (Merida) as its strategic partner. City law firm Wedlake Bell has advised Global Risk Partners (GRP) on its third acquisition in the past month. GRP’s Northern Irish retail broking hub, Abbey Bond Lovis (ABL), has acquired a majority share in Digney Grant Ltd, a Northern Irish insurance broking firm, for an undisclosed fee.
