Tower Arch Capital, a lower-middle market private equity fund that partners with entrepreneurs and family-owned companies to create long-term value for its management teams and investors, has promoted Aubrey Burnett from Vice President to Principal; Thomas Feveryear from Controller to Chief Financial Officer; and Kathy Mickelson from Executive Assistant to Office Manager.

Stronghold Energy II Holdings, a newly formed oil and gas exploration and production company, has received a line of equity financing of up to USD150 million from funds affiliated with Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm focused on growth investing.

Centricus has completed the acquisition of a 20 per cent stake in Chalayan, a luxury fashion label which has a strong following within the film and music industries including Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez and numerous other leading artists.

UK private equity-owned companies are driving growth against a backdrop of uncertainty as they boosted revenues by 12 per cent in the last year, according to research by accountancy and business advisory firm BDO.
BDO reveals that the UK’s private equity-owned companies (from a sample of 902 portfolio companies where private equity firms together own between 50.01 per cent and 100 per cent) have seen revenues increase by 12 per cent from GBP37.4 billion to GBP42 billion in the last year.
