WillScot Corporation (Williams Scotsman) has acquired Onsite Space (Tyson Onsite) expanding its Ready to Work services to customers in the Midwest, most notably in Indiana, Illinois and Missouri.
The acquisition increases Williams Scotsman’s offering by approximately 1,750 units.

Northlane Capital Partners (NCP) has invested in Smart Wave Technologies Corp, a designer and manufacturer of innovative electronic and electromechanical systems for a broad range of end markets, including the away-from-home restroom market.
NCP invested alongside SmartWave founder Peter Zosimadis, who remains with the company as its Chief Technology Officer. Industry veteran Jack Vresics joined SmartWave as CEO at close. The NCP team previously invested in a successful business led by Vresics within the same core end market as SmartWave.

Midland Basin Partners (MBP) has agreed a USD75 million credit facility with Orion Energy Partners, to fund the expansion of MBP’s existing midstream platform focused on water infrastructure.
MBP provides responsible water sourcing, transportation and storage solutions to energy producers in the Permian Basin, with an initial focus on the Midland Basin. Orion Energy provides creative capital solutions to middle market energy infrastructure businesses across North America and select international markets.

UK private equity house Maven Capital Partners (Maven) has completed a GBP1.95 million investment in eSafe Global Limited (eSafe), which monitors online user behaviour and cyber bullying within a school or college digital environment.
The funding will enable eSafe to take advantage of wider market opportunities which have arisen as a result of increased legislative, regulatory and political pressures to incorporate improved safeguarding monitoring systems within the education sector. The new investment will also support the expansion of eSafe’s sales, marketing and operational teams at its Salford headquarters, along with further development of its innovative service and technology platforms.

Based in Des Moines, Iowa, SLD is a wholesale distributor of residential door hardware and security products. In addition to its Des Moines headquarters, the company operates distribution centres in Phoenix, Arizona and Charlotte, North Carolina. SLD provides expert customer service and tailored solutions for the residential builder market.
