Amenity Analytics has raised USD7.6 million in a Series A round of funding led by an investment from State of Mind Ventures.
Additionally, Yuval Baharav (pictured), managing partner of State of Mind Ventures, has joined the company’s board of directors. The funding will be used to accelerate product development and to scale sales and marketing.

Boutique alternative investment consultant Atrato Advisors has hired Julie Mauser (pictured), to lead the firm’s business development efforts.
Mauser had previously been Vice President of Marketing at Par Four Investment Management, a credit-focused hedge fund. Prior to joining Par Four, she was a member of the Capital Introduction team at Jefferies & Company.
Atrato, led by partners Brian Reich and Janna Sobolev, has added capabilities in private credit over the past year, and has been increasingly busy in the private equity space as it advises its family office and institutional clients.

The Platform will be designed to work in compliance with Gibraltar’s proposed forthcoming Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) Regulatory Framework.
Terrastream will provide alternative funding solutions across multiple industry sectors, including precious metals and natural resources extractive industries. Development of the platform is to be funded by current cash reserves and non-dilutive token sale.

Muzinich & Co has expanded the responsibilities of Josh Hughes (pictured), formerly Managing Director of Marketing and Client Relations, promoting him to Head of Global Distribution with a focus on key international accounts.
Hughes will co-ordinate with the firm’s regional European offices to support and develop business with the company’s leading partners. Brella, developer of a networking application for business events that was founded in Jyväskylä, Finland, in 2016, has raised EUR1.2 million in private equity.
The lead investor was Vendep Capital together with a team of international angel investors, including from the USA, France and Finland.
The investment will allow Brella to expand its operations in the USA, which is already the conmpany’s most important market. In addition, the company will be able to hire over a dozen product developers, as well as sales and marketing staff, in Finland.

Kirkland & Ellis has advised private equity investors Bain Capital and Cinven on the successful takeover offer for the German pharmaceutical group Stada. With a total value of EUR5.4 billion, this is the largest buy-out ever realized in the German market.
In a second voluntary public takeover offer, 63.85 per cent of the Stada shares were tendered to Nidda Healthcare Holding AG, the acquiring company of Bain Capital and Cinven. Based in Pasadena, Texas, ATS operates a full service state-of-the-art industrial cleaning facility specialszing in difficult cleaning projects requiring advanced cleaning techniques. ATS has the capabilities to clean the full spectrum of railcars and containers from the most basic washout to the most complicated or hazardous project. In addition, ATS performs railcar inspections, repairs, and requalification services. ATS’s repair facility is a certified AAR M-1002 Tank Car Facility and can provide HM-216 Tank Car Qualifications.
Jersey Finance has appointed Amy Bryant as Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO).
In taking on her new role, which also sees her being appointed to the Board of Jersey Finance, Bryant (pictured), will extend her existing responsibilities as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Head of Strategic Projects for Jersey Finance to include CEO deputising responsibilities across the entire organisation.
Having joined Jersey Finance in 2011, Bryant, who was born in Jersey, has been COO since 2014 and also leads its Strategic Projects function, which undertakes initiatives to help develop aspects of the finance industry.
