Coinsilium Group Limited, the accelerator that finances and manages the development of early-stage blockchain technology companies, has sold its entire holding of 2,133 shares in investee company SatoshiPay to Blue Star Capital at the price of EUR340 per share for a total consideration in cash of EUR725,220.

The Perusa Partners Fund 1 has sold Dynasafe International AB, a specialist in unexploded ordnance clearance and weapons disposal, to Scandinavian investment company Solix Group AB. The parties will not be disclosing further details of the transaction.

FIS has completed the sale of its majority ownership stake in Capco to funds managed by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R).
FIS received cash proceeds in the transaction of USD469 million, or USD441 million net of taxes and deal-related expenses. The sale establishes Capco as an independent company.]
CD&R funds purchased approximately 60 per cent equity interest in Capco through the transaction, which includes other consulting-related assets. FIS retains an approximately 40 per cent equity interest in Capco.

Private equity backed Help-Link has entered into an agreement to be acquired by international home repairs and improvements group HomeServe plc, in a move that allows HomeServe to create a new UK-wide home heating business, bringing together installations, servicing and repairs.
