Campbell Lutyens, a global alternative asset advisory firm focused on fund placement and secondary advisory, has expanded its secondary advisory practice with three new appointments.
Annabelle Judd has joined as a senior vice president in London, Bon-Jay Tseng as a vice president in New York and Ana Dicu as a senior associate in London.
These latest appointments take the global secondary advisory team to 27 and the total team at Campbell Lutyens to over 100.
Judd joins Campbell Lutyens after 10 years at Rothschild advising on M&A transactions most recently focusing on consumer products, retail & leisure sectors.

Audax Private Equity has partnered with existing management to acquire Fastener Distribution Holdings (FDH) from Housatonic Partners.
Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
FDH, headquartered in Marina del Rey, California, is a distributor of aerospace fasteners and other c-class components to commercial and defence aircraft manufacturers, subcontractors, and component distributors through its Arlington International Aviation Products (AIAP) and Aircraft Fasteners International (AFI) divisions.

Private equity firm Ridgemont Equity Partners has invested in Dickinson Fleet Services (DFS), a technology-enabled service provider in the vehicle fleet maintenance industry.
Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Private equity firm Gryphon Investors has made a majority investment in Wind River Environmental, a provider of inspection, service, installation, repair, and maintenance of non-hazardous liquid environmental waste solutions in the US.
CEO John O’Connell and other members of Wind River’s management team have retained a significant ownership position in the company and will continue to lead Wind River after the closing of the transaction.
