Venture capital firm Lemnos has launched its third fund, a USD50 million fund focused on hardware and the growing ecosystem of software surrounding the hardware renaissance. Legal & General has made three senior appointments for LGIM Real Asset’s private credit business. Calum Macphail and Tom Sumpster join the London office as head of corporate private credit and head of infrastructure debt, respectively, and Ed Wood joins the Chicago office as head of US private placements.    Reporting to head of private credit, Nicholas Bamber, these new hires support the consolidation of the private credit platform as a single cohesive operation within LGIM Real Assets. They are supported further by a number of more junior hires.    LGIM Real Assets, headed up by Bill Hughes, has AUM of GBP23.2

GCA Altium has acted as exclusive financial adviser to the shareholders of Wex Photographic on its sale to Aurelius. QIC has held the final close of the QIC Global Infrastructure Fund (QGIF), which achieved a total of AUD2.35 billion of capital commitments over an 18-month period.
