Global Loan Agency Services, the UK parent of the global GLAS companies, has now received US regulatory approval and the newly chartered GLAS Trust Company will be regulated by the State of New Hampshire. Teton Advisors has acquired certain assets of Keeley Asset Management Corp (KAMCO), a pioneer in small and mid-cap value investing founded by John L Keeley, Jr in 1982. Serving as the acquisition vehicle is Keeley-Teton Advisors, a newly formed and wholly-owned subsidiary of Teton. At closing, the combined firms have USD3.8 billion assets under management (AUM).   Keeley Teton, headquartered in Chicago, is led by Kevin Keeley, executive chairman, and Robert Kurinsky, president and COO. Perella Weinberg Partners has appointed David Azéma as a partner in the firm’s advisory business. Azéma will lead the firm’s investment banking practice in France, providing strategic and financial advice to clients in the country. A technology business has launched a new way of matching firms starved of cash with businesses who are willing to purchase their invoices. The Channel Islands Securities Exchange (CISE) has made two changes to its board of directors.   Stephen Lansdown (pictured) will step down from the board with effect from the annual general meeting in June to focus on his other business interests.   Isle of Man-based Anderson Whamond has joined the board with immediate effect.   The announcements come after an extraordinary general meeting where shareholders of the CISE approved changing the company name to The International Stock Exchange Group (TISEG). Cyber-security software firm ZoneFox has closed a GBP3.6 million Series A funding round led by Scottish business angel investment syndicate Archangels, with co-investment from The Scottish Investment Bank and TriCap.
