Elm Creek Partners’ portfolio company The Care Group has acquired Walson, a provider of in-home respiratory therapy and enteral feeding services.
The acquisition of Walson, which services patients in Texas and Louisiana, offers TCG a broader geographic reach, a more diversified patient base, and new product offerings.

Vistra, a corporate service providers of international incorporations, trust, fiduciary, and fund administration services, has acquired the Jordans Group from its current shareholder, The West of England Trust Limited.
Founded in 1863, Jordans comprises four companies: Jordans Limited, Jordans (Scotland) Limited, Jordans Corporate Law and Jordans Trust Company.
Its headquarters are located in Bristol, where most of its 160 global staff are based. Offices are also located in Edinburgh and London, as well as in the BVI, Cyprus, Seychelles, and Hong Kong.

Manhattan West Asset Management has added an ESG (environmental, social and governance) focused private equity fund to its offerings.
Roberto Barragan (pictured), former CEO of VEDC (Valley Economic Development Center), joins as shareholder and senior managing director to oversee the fund.

Three Hills Capital Partners (THCP) has closed a EUR15 million preferred capital investment in Pelostop, a provider of laser hair removal services headquartered in Barcelona.
The deal was financed circa 80 per cent from THCP’s second fund, while the remaining capital was provided by Es Vedra Capital Advisors (EVCA), an advisory firm focussed on providing growth capital to companies in the consumer, retail, technology and medical sectors.
The investment will be made via a combination of debt and equity, including a EUR12.1 million loan and a EUR2.9 million preferred equity investment, to acquire a 12 per cent equity stake
Alstom has signed a purchase agreement for the acquisition of Nomad Holdings, commercially known as Nomad Digital, from Amadeus Capital Partners, SEB Venture Capital and Deutsche Telekom Strategic Investments.
Nomad is a provider of passenger and fleet connectivity solutions to the rail industry.
It employs around 230 people and is headquartered in Newcastle upon Tyne, with 13 offices worldwide, principally in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, Portugal, Canada, Australia, and the US.

Private equity investor Advent International has acquired a significant minority ownership interest in ASK Group, an investment and wealth management business in India.
ASK Group’s founders will retain a majority stake in the company and the management team will continue to lead the business. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The transaction is the first investment that Advent has made in India from its new USD13 billion global private equity fund, GPE VIII, and its third investment in India in the past two years following the purchase of equity stakes in Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals and QuEST Global Services.
London-based private equity firm Metric Capital Partners has backed gaming and lottery technology supplier Win Systems’ acquisition of Gold Club, a Slovenian-headquartered developer and operator of gaming machines and electronic roulettes.
The combination of the two companies will create an emerging leader in the global gaming industry, capable of offering both lottery and casino clients end-to-end solutions including casino management systems, VLTs, electronic gaming machines and electronic table games.
Following the acquisition the group will have a footprint in Europe, South Africa and the Americas.

Funds managed by Inflexion Private Equity have completed a partnership capital, minority investment of GBP41 million in Lane Clark & Peacock (LCP), a firm of financial consultants specialising in pensions, investment and insurance.
LCP’s individual partners turned to Inflexion as a minority investor to support their buyout of the stake in the firm previously owned by Pan African financial services group, Alexander Forbes.
