Middle market private equity firm Quad-C Management has completed its previously announced sale of InterWrap, a manufacturer of synthetic roofing underlayment and packaging materials, to Owens Corning for USD450 million.
Quad-C made its initial investment in InterWrap in November 2013, partnering with the company’s founders and management team to execute on a strategic vision for growth and operational excellence.

Monroe Capital has acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a USD20.3 million senior credit facility to support the acquisition of a business services company by private equity sponsor, Source Capital.
Based in South West USA, the company is a leading provider of access control and security solutions. Products such as keypads, door alarms, site graphics and monitoring software, are sold through various sales channels both domestically and internationally.
KKR Credit has expanded its Pillarstone platform in Europe through the signing of a binding agreement with Alpha Bank and Eurobank in Greece.
Pillarstone is also evaluating opportunities to expand the platform in other European countries in the near-term.

Risk Capital Partners’ Luke Johnson believes private equity remains a ‘seller’s market’ with a ‘huge weight of money to be invested’.

Aurelius group, a pan-European, mid-market investor, has sold its stake in Tavex Europe to a Spanish consortium of investors.
The acquiring consortium will continue to support the restructuring measures implemented by Aurelius following its acquisition of Tavex Europe in 2015, as well as the company’s expansion. The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Propellr, whose alternative investment platform caters to institutions, family offices and accredited investors, has closed its first round of outside financing, and its wholly owned subsidiary has successfully obtained a broker-dealer license from FINRA.
Propellr, LLC raised USD1.6 million through a convertible debt offering that was limited to a small group of long time investors who actively participate in transactions financed through the platform.

In this newly-created role, Stout will be charged with helping the firm place new private funds onto the investment platforms of wealth managers who serve retail and high-net-worth investors, grow alternative investment distribution capabilities, and represent many of the investment strategies to clients on behalf of portfolio managers.
