Private equity investment firm Thoma Bravo has completed its sale of InfoVista, a specialist in service performance assurance solutions for IP-based network and application services, to Apax Partners. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Monroe Capital has acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior secured credit facility to support the refinancing of Solterra Recycling Solutions (Solterra), a portfolio company of Roark Capital.
Based in Ewing, New Jersey, Solterra provides non-hazardous solid waste, organic waste and recycling collection and hauling services. The company serves over 30 municipalities, 400,000 residential households and 2,000 commercial customers throughout central and north New Jersey and in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

Private equity funds managed by Baird Capital have invested in investment consultancy bfinance. Current CEO David Vafai (pictured) will continue to lead bfinance. He will be joined on the board by Andrew Ferguson, managing director at Baird Capital, and CFO Mark Brownlie, as directors.

Noerr has advised Payleven Holding on the merger of the Payleven group with the SumUp group, both mobile payment providers.
The combined company will operate under the name SumUp. The merger is intended to accelerate the international growth of both businesses. All former shareholders in SumUp and Payleven will remain shareholders in the combined holding entity.
A team led by Felix Blobel, a Berlin based Partner and Venture Capital specialist acted on behalf of Payleven. Felix Blobel already advised Payleven in connection with a Series D Financing Round in the course of which Seventure Partners joined Payleven as new investor.
