Investcorp has agreed the sale of CSIdentity (CSID) to Experian (EXPN), a global information services company, for an enterprise value of approximately USD360 million. The transaction is subject to standard regulatory approvals. Chemical technology company Avantium has closed a financing round of EUR20 million led by PMV, an independent investment company for Flanders, FPIM, a Belgian Federal Holding and Investment Company, and Avantium’s existing shareholders.
