Athanason joins the BRG Capstone group in New York where he will lead the Private Funds Group Valuation Team. Taurus Administration Services has acquired Pacific Fund Systems’ PFS-PAXUS integrated share registry/fund accounting platform to support a push into the European market, which it expects to grow as a result of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive. Thompson Street Capital Partners, a St Louis-based private equity firm focused on investing in middle market founder-led businesses, has closed its latest private equity fund, TSCP IV, with USD640 million in commitments.
