Elian Kerstin Lindgren
A month after being granted a licence to provide professional depositary services from its Luxembourg office, Elian has appointed Kerstin Lindgren (pictured) as manager of depositary services in the firm's funds depositary team.  Lindgren’s main focus will be to develop the depositary services offering for alternative investment funds in Luxembourg.  Lindgren has 15 years’ experience in the investment fund industry, particularly in depositary, global custody and stock lending services. The firm has simultaneously launched its flagship energy investment vehicle, the USCA Private Energy Credit Fund, which will provide direct loans and other bespoke credit solutions to higher quality, lower middle market-sized private energy companies in need of growth capital. Tenable Network Security has raised USD250 million in a series B funding round led by Insight Venture Partners and Accel. Carey Olsen has advised Gravis Capital Partners on the initial public offering (IPO) of a new GBP100 million Jersey fund, Project Finance Investments Ltd, which is now listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
