EQT Infrastructure is to sell Koole Terminals to institutional investors advised by JP Morgan Asset Management – Global Real Assets. The agreement is subject to the positive advice of the Company’s works council. EQT Infrastructure acquired Koole Tanktransport in February 2011, followed by the acquisition of NOVA Terminals in October 2011. Funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management are to acquire RegionalCare Hospital Partners, a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus. RegionalCare is the owner and operator of eight market-leading, non-urban hospitals located in Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, Iowa, Montana, Ohio, and Texas.   The transaction, which is conditioned on customary regulatory reviews and approvals, is expected to close by the end of 2015. Infrastucture fundraising hit an all-time high in the third quarter of 2015 according to Inframation Group’s 3Q15 Infrastructure Fundraising review.
