Victory Park Capital (VPC), an asset management firm focused on middle market debt and equity investments, has provided a USD50 million senior secured credit facility to Access Integrated Healthcare (AIH), a provider of diagnostic imaging services to specialty sectors including workers’ compensation and personal injury.
The facility will finance the expansion of AIH’s business.
AIH is led by Manel Sweetmore, CEO, and James Castro, executive vice president of Strategy and Corporate Development, and has grown to become one of the largest providers of diagnostic imaging services to the underserved out-of-network workers’ compensation market. In addition to VPC’s credit facility,
MMKT Exchange, a secure digital exchange that introduces efficiency, liquidity and transparency to the middle market loan syndication process, closed a USD5.9MM round of funding on.
The round was led by QED Investors, with Victory Park Capital, Fifth Street Asset Management Inc, Vikram Pandit, Ron Suber and other strategic high net worth and institutional investors also participating.
MMKT will use the funding to accelerate the growth of its infrastructure and sales team, expand its product offering and execute its product roadmap.

SSA & Company (SSA) has hired Paul de Janosi (pictured) and Jeff Krajacic to help lead its Private Equity practice.
The appointments come amid increasing demand from private equity firms for on-the-ground management consulting expertise. De Janosi and Krajacic join Mark Habner, SSA's Senior Managing Director, who has built the firm's private equity practice over the last five years.

The AnaCap funds have received regulatory approval from the KNF for the acquisition of FM Bank PBP (FM Bank), a retail and SME bank in Poland.
Under the terms of the agreement, on completion AnaCap funds will acquire 100 per cent of FM Bank – which will become the 5th European bank in AnaCap’s portfolio – for an undisclosed sum. Completion is expected to occur in October.

Norse, a specialist in live attack intelligence, has closed its Series A1 round of funding led by a strategic investment from KPMG Capital, KPMG International’s global investment fund.

Using data from the recently released 2015 Preqin Alternative Assets Performance Monitor, Preqin has created league tables of alternative asset fund managers that have most consistently outperformed their peers. The league tables do not seek in any way to endorse these fund managers, but rather to illustrate those that have performed the most consistently in the past. Six primary strategies have been presented – buyout, venture capital, mezzanine, real estate, infrastructure and natural resources – with venture capital seeing the most fund managers achieve the highest possible score.
