TVV Capital, an operationally-focused private equity firm, has acquired Pensacola-based Ian-Conrad Bergan (ICB), a provider of engineered sensors, electronics and software for monitoring and gauging marine storage tanks.
Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
The acquisition of ICB is the sixth investment for TVV Capital’s latest fund, TVV III.

Onyx Renewable Partners is partnering with Credit Suisse to invest over USD300 million to develop, own and finance commercial and industrial sector (C&I) solar generation projects.

SS&C Technologies Holdings has acquired Primatics Financial for approximately USD122 million on a cash and debt free basis from The Carlyle Group. The acquisition is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2015.
Primatics has 384 employees, 2014 annual revenues of USD51 million and adjusted EBITDA of USD12 million.
