Deutsche Telekom AG has entered into an agreement on the sale of the online platform t-online.de and the digital marketer InteractiveMedia CCSP to Ströer SE.
The transaction is to be carried out by way of a capital increase of Ströer against in-kind contributions of the two entities.
In this transaction Deutsche Telekom AG has relied on the advice of Noerr, Gleiss Lutz and Hogan Lovells. While Noerr was responsible for IT/multimedia and internet law, Hogan Lovells took care of IP/trademark law including related antitrust law issues, and Gleiss Lutz of corporate/M&A, employment and tax.

Private equity investor Auda International has acquired general partnership interests and the management of three secondary funds from Thomas Weisel Global Growth Partners LLC, a subsidiary of Stifel Financial Corp.
As part of the transaction, Christian Munafo, who has been involved in managing the Funds since their inception, has joined the Auda team effective immediately. Apart from continuing to manage the Funds, Munafo will be responsible for further developing Auda’s existing secondaries program.

Law firm Howard Kennedy has advised AIM listed Fitbug Holdings on its latest fund raising that has seen the company raise a further GBP1,665,000, and on the restructuring of its existing loans.
The fund raising comprises:
• GBP665,000 raised by way of a new share placing;
• GBP350,000 raised by subscription from NW1 Investments; and
• A new GBP650,000 convertible loan in favour of NW1 Investments.
At the same time Fitbug has agreed the restructuring of its loans, which extend the terms until 2017 and reduces the interest payable.

Investment banking boutique Zeus Capital has advised clinical stage biopharmaceutical group Motif Bio on its GBP22m fundraise.
Based in London, Motif Bio has responded directly to the threat posed by antibiotic-resistant bacteria. The firm's lead product, iclaprim, is currently in clinical development. The drug is set to fill a major market void, as it is designed to fight serious and life-threatening hospital infections, responsible for at least 23,000 deaths in the US in 2013.
