European growth private equity firm Keensight Capital has appointed Guillaume Lefebvre as Associate and Alexandre Carrot (Pictured) as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Before joining Keensight Capital, Lefebvre worked as an Associate at Argos Soditic in Paris, where he was involved in investments in medium-sized companies across various sectors including Healthcare and Energy. The London Pensions Fund Authority (LPFA) has selected an affiliate of Apollo Global Management as its alternative credit manager.  Subject to final documentation, Apollo will oversee the LPFA’s GBP150 million allocation to alternative credit including distressed debt, real estate debt, leveraged senior loans and private lending.  The mandate will be unconstrained and target absolute returns by investing across a number of higher yielding debt markets. Ogier has advised Integrated Diagnostics Holdings plc (IDH) on its recent listing on the main market of the London Stock Exchange (LSE). The USD668 million market capitalisation included an initial public offering which raised USD290 million. Palatine Private Equity has completed the GBP13m management buyout of The Alchemist, as the Manchester bar and restaurant brand looks to roll out more sites across the UK. The deal marks Palatine’s second investment with Living Ventures Group following its buyout of Gusto last year.   The Alchemist first opened its doors in Manchester in 2010 and currently operates two venues in the city centre, as well as sites in Leeds and London.
