Private equity and alternative asset manager Maven Capital Partners has invested GBP3.5m into Carlisle-based tyre manufacturer DMACK to fund the next stage of expansion for the business. CAN Capital has secured USD33m in funding led by Meritech Capital Partners with increased participation and ownership from existing investor Accel Partners. Barclays and BlueBay Asset Management’s Direct Lending Fund are collaborating to offer joint bespoke lending solutions to medium-sized enterprises in the UK in specific deal situations. KKR has held the final closing of KKR Special Situations Fund (KSSF), a USD2bn global fund focused primarily on distressed and event-driven investments.
