Odyssey Investment Partners (Odyssey), a growth-oriented middle-market private equity firm, is to acquire Magna Legal Services (Magna), a litigation support services provider, from CIVC Partners (CIVC). Financial terms of the transaction, which is expected to close in the fourth quarter, have not been disclosed.
