King & Spalding has added a five-lawyer corporate and private equity team, led by partner Peter Memminger, to its Corporate, Finance & Investments (CFI) practice in Frankfurt.

An affiliate of HIG Capital (HIG) has acquired CPS Building Services Limited (CPS), a UK provider of mechanical and electrical (M&E) services, from its founder.
The financial terms of the transaction, which will see current CPS MD Liam Connelly reinvest alongside HIG, have not been disclosed.
CPS provides installation and maintenance services across heating, cooling, ventilation and electrical systems to clients in the healthcare, life sciences, defence and education end-markets.
