Highview Capital (Highview) has acquired Jobbers Meat Packing Co, doing business as WilMar, a protein processor specialising in ground beef solutions. Highview plans to merge WilMar with portfolio company Randall Foods (Randall), to create one of the leading protein providers in the US. DigitalBridge Investment Management (DigitalBridge), the investment management arm of DigitalBridge Group, and funds affiliated with Columbia Capital have formed Xenith Infrastructure Group (Xenith IG), a new fibre platform serving hyperscalers, data centre operators, carriers and enterprises in the Asia-Pacific region.  Xenith IG’s initial assets comprise conduit and fibre assets in Singapore and Hong Kong, which it acquired from Superloop (ASX: SLC). SYN Ventures has lead a $20 million Series A funding round in RegScale, a continuous compliance automation software company.
