Corsair, a private equity firm targeting business services, software, and payments investments in the financial services market, has acquired a majority stake in HungerRush, a cloud-based software provider for the restaurant industry, from The CapStreet Group (CapStreet), a Houston-based private equity firm. CapStreet will continue as a minority investor in the Company.  Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. HungerRush 360 is an all-in-one cloud POS system with integrated software, payments, and digital ordering capabilities primarily serving multi-site quick service restaurants (QSR) and fast casual operators. HarbourVest has 40 years of experience in private markets investing, including a successful 14-year track record in infrastructure investing through economic cycles and varied market conditions.
Global investment firm Carlyle has entered into exclusive negotiations to a sell a controlling stake in Euro Techno Com Group (ETC), a distributor for the telecom network and technology infrastructure industry, to Cinven. As part of the transaction, Carlyle will re-invest for a significant minority stake. The transaction is subject to works council consultation and customary regulatory approvals. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. Carlyle invested in ETC through Carlyle Europe Technology Partners (CETP) IV, a €1.35 billion fund that invests in small and mid-market technology-focused opportunities. 
BV Investment Partners (BV), a middle-market private equity firm focused on the tech-enabled business services, software and IT services sectors, is to sell GlideFast Consulting, an Elite ServiceNow Partner and leading IT consulting, implementation, and development company, to ASGN Incorporated. Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts, GlideFast Consulting is dedicated exclusively to ServiceNow, providing tailored solutions and professional services for ServiceNow implementations, integrations, managed support services and application development for commercial and government clients throughout North America.  BV invested in GlideFast in 2020 and merged it with sister company Pharicode in 2021. 
BaltCap Private Equity Fund II (BPEF II) is to sell SIA Uprent Group – a specialised pumping company in the Baltics and Poland – to Renta Group Oy, a Finnish construction machinery and equipment rental company with over 100 depots and 1,000 employees in Scandinavia and Europe. BaltCap will sell Uprent Group together with its minority shareholders. Renta Group will acquire 100% of the company. BPEF II invested in Uprent Group in 2016. Repeats Group (Repeats), a pan-European plastics recycling platform focused on producing high-quality recycled low-density polyethylene (LDPE), has made an investment in Daly Plastics (Daly Plastics), a producer of recycled LDPE located in the eastern part of the Netherlands, near Apeldoorn. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.  Repeats is a portfolio company of Ara Partners (Ara), a global private equity firm focused on industrial decarbonisation.

An affiliate of One Rock Capital Partners (One Rock) has completed the previously announced acquisition of Therm-O-Disc, a subsidiary of Emerson. Therm-O-Disc is a designer and manufacturer of safety-critical sensors, thermal cutoffs and sealed connecting components primarily used in heating, ventilation and air conditioning, appliance, water heater, industrial, aerospace & defence, and transportation applications.
