PATRIZIA has acquired Whitehelm Capital, an independently owned international infrastructure manager with a track record spanning over 23 years.
Following the approval from regulatory authorities successful closing of the transaction took place on 1 February 2022.
The acquisition further strengthens PATRIZIA’s position as a global real asset investment manager and increases its Assets under Management (AUM) to over EUR50 billion in line with its mid-term growth strategy. The acquisition triples PATRIZIA’s infrastructure AUM to circa EUR5 billion, with PATRIZIA’s goal to grow the segment in the mid-term to EUR15-20 billion.
