Peel Hunt makes senior hire

Peel Hunt, an independent corporate broking, advisory and trading house focused on UK mid and small caps, is pleased to announce the appointment of Harry Nicholas to the role of Associate Director in its Corporate Real Estate team, effective immediately.

Nicholas joins from Jefferies Hoare Govett, where he worked as Senior Vice President in the UK Investment Banking team across a range of FTSE100, FTSE250 and small cap clients. He will be responsible for transaction execution and client relationship building to further grow Peel Hunt’s leading Real Estate franchise in the UK equity market.
Steven Fine, CEO of Peel Hunt, says: “We are delighted to welcome Harry to our expanding Real Estate team, following the recent high-profile appointments of Carl Gough and Matthew Saperia, who joined us from Lazarus last month. Harry’s experience in investment banking alongside his extensive corporate relationships and technical expertise will add significant value to the team while further strengthening our industry leading Real Estate offering.
“In a period of major change for our industry, these appointments reinforce Peel Hunt as the leading small-, mid-cap research house in London, where we now advise 20 FTSE 250 clients.”
