Peer Funding launches early bird investor offer

Newly fully authorised peer-to-peer business debt platform Peer Funding is gearing up for launch with an early bird investor offer.

With launch set for the end of September 2016, the company is offering a bonus reward uplift in return for investors committing funds to the platform.
Each investor committing an amount of GBP5,000 or GBP10,000 will receive either a bonus reward of 1 per cent or 2 per cent respectively. The bonus reward is in addition to the earnings investors’ receive from the loans they personally choose to invest in on the Peer Funding platform.
The offer to investors is limited and strictly on a first come first served basis.
Peer Funding will offer a range of products on a single platform: business loans (6-60 months); secured business loans (12-60 months)’ selective invoice finance (30-120 days); selective debtor finance (10-120 days); property bridging loans (3-12 months); and property development loans (3-18 months).
Malcolm Piper, managing director, says: ‘As a platform peer funding recognises the importance of relationships with private investors. This offer is intended to be the start of what we hope will be long term relationships with our investors and to list the type of credit worthy borrowing requests they want to see.”
