Private funds specialist, Dale Gabbert has joined European law firm Fieldfisher as Head of Funds. He joins from Simmons & Simmons where he was a funds partner since 2014, specialising in private equity, infrastructure, credit and hedge funds.
NTR has appointed Anthony Doherty as Chief Investment Officer designate replacing outgoing CIO, Manus O’Donnell. Doherty has also been appointed to the board of NTR plc, taking his board seat in May 2021.
Doherty has been with the NTR group for eleven years and has extensive renewables investment experience across multiple technologies including wind, solar, energy storage and the bioenergy and energy-from-waste sectors. He has executed over EUR1.75 billion of renewable energy equity and debt transactions across Europe and the USA.

Golding Capital Partners is expanding into impact investing with the appointment of an experienced team of impact investors.
Andreas Nilsson and Nina Freudenberg joined the Golding investment team in March as Head of Impact and Director respectively. The duo previously founded Sonanz in 2015 as a boutique fund manager for impact investments in private equity. Golding intends to launch its first global impact private equity product for institutional investors in the second half of 2021.

Following two successful investments in France, the Paris office will act as a platform for further investments both in France and in neighbouring countries. Antoine Vanderhulst, Partner, will be joined full time in Paris by John Gallagher, Investment Director, and Julie Pelcener, Associate.

Wantz joined DLA Piper from Allen & Overy in December 2018 and is a highly regarded international tax planning lawyer.
