Pollen Street has appointed Daniel Khouri as a partner to lead the firm’s team based in New York.
Khouri will focus on developing partnerships with best-in-class specialists in the non-bank lending sector to provide capital and strategic insight.
Khouri has deep experience working across the US credit market. Prior to joining Pollen Street, Khouri served six years as Co-Head of Private Credit at Colchis Capital Management, a credit investment fund manager in San Francisco, two years as a Principal at Atalaya Capital Management, a credit opportunities fund manager in New York, three years as a Vice President at TTM Capital,
Palatine, a mid-market private equity firm, has promoted Stephanie Wall to the position of ESG Director.
In her new role Wall joins Palatine’s senior management team. She will continue to lead projects across Palatine’s Buy-Out and Impact funds to embed ESG (environmental, social and governance) practices and continuous improvement across its portfolio, with a particular focus on climate risk and diversity and inclusion strategies.
Wall joined Palatine as ESG Manager in 2018 following eight years with global consultancy WSP, where she advised investors on sustainability improvements.

Maven Capital Partners (Maven) has added to its East & South East Midlands team with the appointment of experienced banker Richard Brighty.
Brighty joins as Investment Manager, based in Maven’s Nottingham office, he will be responsible for identifying and backing new local businesses via the MEIF Debt Funds. Brighty will also support existing portfolio companies across the East & South East Midlands with a particular focus in the Leicestershire area.

CAPZA, an independent management company and leading player in private investment in European SMEs, has appointed Stefano Zavattaro as head of its Italian branch.
Zavattaro, Partner and Country Manager, will be responsible for CAPZA’s investments in Italian SMEs and will support the transalpine development projects of CAPZA’s French, Spanish and German portfolio companies.
Zavattaro has held various positions throughout his career. After graduating in Economics from Rome’s Sapienza University and specializing in Finance at the London Business School in London, he worked as a manager for the multinational General Electric where he participated in numerous M&A and private equity transactions
Holland Mountain has appointed Kyri Yiannakis as Head of Client Development. In this role, Yiannakis will oversee all of Holland Mountain’s commercial activity, continuing to drive the exceptional service delivered to Holland Mountain’s Private Capital clients.
Leveraging 13 years of Private Capital technology experience, Yiannakis will also expand the reach of Holland Mountain’s Private Capital Data Platform, helping more firms to achieve one source of truth, to automate manual processes and to unlock the true value of their data.

Gresham House, a specialist alternative asset manager, has appointed Peter Bolton as an Investment Director within its New Energy team. Bolton will be responsible for the development of the unsubsidised renewables strategy.
Bolton has 12 years’ experience in energy investments and joins Gresham House from Foresight Group, where he worked for seven years and most recently held the position of Investment Director. In this role Bolton focussed on the European renewable energy sector, leading deals across the full project lifecycle (development capital, greenfield, brownfield and exit processes) and actively managing assets post-investment. Exponent has appointed Jeroen Regeur as Head of Benelux, with a view to Exponent opening an office in Amsterdam.Regeur will be responsible for building out Exponent’s Benelux business while also generating and executing transactions in the UK, Ireland, the Nordics, and other European markets within Exponent’s key sectors of Business Services, Consumer, Financial Services, and Media. Regeur will split his time between Amsterdam and London.
