Five Elms Capital, a global investor in high-growth B2B software companies, has announced the promotions of eight members of its team.
Hayfin Capital Management (Hayfin) has appointed Alexander Wolfman as Managing Director and Global Head of Business Development.Wolfman has over 20 years of experience in the alternative investment sector. He joins from Avenue Capital Group, where, in his role as a Senior Managing Director and a member of the firm’s Management Committee, he was responsible for institutional fundraising and investor relations across the global investment firm, as well as product and strategic development.   Prior to joining Avenue in 2004, Wolfman worked as an investment banker at Citigroup/Salomon Smith Barney, where he focused primarily on capital raising initiatives for private equity
Czech investment company Jet Investment’s portfolio company TEDOM, has appointed Vladimír Hlavinka, an experienced manager in the field of the power industry, as CEO. Hlavinka replaces Josef Jeleček, the founder of the Group which produces gas cogeneration units and operates thermal energy sources with an annual turnover of nearly CZK4 billion. “Now that TEDOM has a single shareholder, the time has come to simplify the management of the Group and to take further steps that we have not been able to take in the past due to the dispute with the other shareholder,” says Jeleček. “TEDOM needs a view from the
Clayton, Dubilier & Rice has appointed Gilles Schnepp, former Chairman and CEO of Legrand SA (EPA:LR), as an Operating Advisor to CD&R funds. Under Schnepp’s leadership from 2006 through 2018, Legrand grew revenue from approximately EUR3.7 billion to EUR6 billion and net profit from EUR255 million to EUR772 million.
