Barnes & Thornburg has appointed Jason Myers as a partner in the firm’s Corporate Department in Dallas.
Myers joins from Hudson Advisors, a global asset management company, where he served as director and senior counsel. He also previously served as counsel at Vinson & Elkins in Dallas for 11 years.
Myers has a track record of handling complex transactional, legal and regulatory matters, particularly in the areas of finance and real estate. SANNE, a provider of alternative asset and corporate administration services, has appointed Michael Riley as Director, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
Based in SANNE’s London office, Riley will be responsible for leading the company’s inorganic and M&A growth strategy across SANNE’s global business.
Riley has more than 15 years’ experience executing transactions in the financial services sector on both the buy side and sell side in the mid-market across the UK, Europe and internationally. Graycliff Partners has appointed Gregory Olson, former Chief Development Officer for Ichor Systems, as an Operating Partner.
In this role, Olson will work closely with Graycliff’s investment team to source and evaluate new transactions and support current portfolio company management teams within Graycliff’s dedicated equity strategy.
Prior to Ichor, Olson was the President and CEO of Talon Innovations, a Graycliff portfolio company, from 2012-2017. Under his leadership, Talon grew organic EBITDA 10X, acquired two companies, and added over 350 new jobs. Fortino Capital Partners, a general partner of growth and venture capital funds Fortino I & II, has appointed a new CFO – Bart De Leeuw, an experienced investment and financial manager with past positions at Ernst & Young and Ackermans & van Haaren, amongst others.

Neptune Financial (NepFin), a technology-enabled lower middle market commercial lender, has appointed Kevin Bogenreif as Director of Originations.
In this role, Bogenreif will tap his direct experience in the commercial lending space and spearhead initiatives surrounding loan originations for the company.

Gresham House, a specialist alternative asset manager, has appointed Samee Khan as General Counsel.
Khan joins Gresham House from the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), where he was responsible for establishing and then leading the legal and compliance function within its Private Equities Department. Khan has over 21 years of legal, commercial and financial experience covering private and public equity, M&A and corporate finance.
