Independent trust, fund and corporate services provider Crestbridge has appointed Anke Jager (pictured), as Director with a particular remit to lead and develop its Corporate Services division in Luxembourg, and has promoted Ludivine Nicolai to Director. Maples and Calder has appointed Adrian Francis, formerly a barrister at Three Stone in London, as a partner in the firm’s BVI Litigation and Insolvency practice.  Francis has extensive experience working in large cross border teams on high value, complex international disputes. He was called to the Bar in England and Wales in 1988 and has also been called to the Bar of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (BVI).    Following the passage of Hurricane Irma in early September, a number of Maples and Calder’s BVI team members have temporarily relocated to the firm’s Cayman Islands office. YFM Equity Partners (YFM) has appointed Steve Harrison as Portfolio Director. Based in the Leeds office, Harrison will be focussed on actively managing YFM’s growth and buy-out investments as part of the portfolio team led by David Bell. With over 19 years’ industry experience, Harrison joins from Santander Corporate Bank, where he was a Director in Santander’s Growth Capital team for five years. There, he launched the bank’s GBP200 million Growth Capital Fund across the North of England, was responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, structuring bespoke funding packages and leading all aspects of the investment process. CVC Capital Partners (CVC) is to appoint former Allergan executive Anish Mehta as CEO of the international women’s health assets portfolio which CVC Fund VI agreed to acquire from Teva Pharmaceutical Industries (Teva) on 17 September 2017. The appointment is subject to regulatory approval.   Mehta will join from Allergan Plc, where he was Head of International Business Development, leading a team responsible for corporate development and licensing activity in support of the international business. Growth private equity specialist Keensight Capital has appointed Nicolas Ulrich as an Analyst in the firm’s investment team. Prior to joining Keensight Capital, Nicolas worked as an M&A Analyst within the investment bank Natixis Partners, formerly Leonardo & Co France.   He also worked as an Auditor at EY and is a graduate of Paris-Dauphine University and ESCP Europe.
