PineBridge Investments has hired George R. Hornig as senior managing director and chief operating officer.
He will oversee the finance, operations, legal and compliance, technology, product development, and marketing and communications divisions.
Based in New York, will also serve on the firm’s executive committee.

Hornig joins PineBridge from Credit Suisse Asset Management where he was managing director and co-global chief operating officer.
Previously, he was executive vice president and chief operating officer, Americas, at Deutsche Bank. He was also a co-founder and chief operating officer of Wasserstein Perella, following his tenure in the M&A group at The First Boston Corp.
