Private capital asset manager Pollen Street Capital has acquired Etops Group in an add-on transaction for its new European wealth and asset management software group, which was announced in Q4 2023.
Founded by CEO Pius Stucki and based near Zug, Switzerland, Etops provides provides data consolidation, portfolio management, CRM and reporting services to approximately 100 clients across the wealth and asset management sectors.
Pollen Street’s wealthtech group was formed via a merger of the following companies: niiio Finance Group; fundsaccess; MiFID-Recorder; and FundHero.
Closing of the transaction, which will see Stucki, the Etops team and other shareholders reinvesting and becoming members of the Pollen Street’s group’s leadership team, is expected in the coming weeks.
