ProTrak International releases CRM 11.0 software

ProTrak International has released a major upgrade to its CRM platform for investment managers, hedge funds and private equity firms, Release 11.0.

The latest release features a new option allows users to set up a designated secure folder where a copy of every document referenced in ProTrak is automatically kept and preserved in its original form, so that users cannot move or delete them.

Based on extensive observations and feedback from their global user community, ProTrack has also added a predictive, wizard-like Simplified Query option that pre-fills commonly used fields to save time. Individually personalised watermarks enable mass-customised reporting in minutes, while ProTrack has also added the ability to individually customise watermarks for distinct PDF reports.

Users can now access frequently used documents quickly and easily and send those documents to prospects, clients or consultants with just a couple of clicks. By importing a client’s Transaction History, the Fund Cash Flows report displays and tallies all transactions, such as Subscriptions and Redemptions, for the selected Fund over a selected time period.

Users can also track their pipeline and its history and can ‘pin’ your favourite profiles for quick access every time ProTrak is opened. ProTrack has also added a new infographic dashboard via browser-based access that shows a history of account market values for each investor account for the YTD, 1YR, 3YR, 5YR, 10 YR and “Since Inception”, using data periodically imported from a user’s fund administrator or in-house system.

“This release incorporates a number of major enhancements indicative of an active, global user community that continually adds to ProTrak’s industry-focused, out-of-the-box functionality,” says Simon Koziel (pictured), President of ProTrak. “We are always happy to help our users meet the ever changing requirements of our industry.”
