Private investor Rcapital, has acquired James Fisher Nuclear from James Fisher & Sons plc, a business with over 30 years’ experience in the UK nuclear sector providing design, manufacturing, testing and inspection services for nuclear decommissioning projects.
Private investor Rcapital has acquired James Fisher Nuclear (JFN) from James Fisher & Sons plc, a business with over 30 years’ experience in the UK nuclear sector providing design, manufacturing, testing and inspection services for nuclear decommissioning projects.
Headquartered in Preston, the business operates from six locations around the UK, as well as having a presence close to the decommissioning sites of live projects such as Sellafield and Dounreay. JFN employs over 240 highly skilled workers across the sites.
