OpenRound.com aims to simplify the “road show” for growth stage companies and creating access to accredited investors. By leveraging the internet, accredited investors residing around the world can find, review, engage with and invest in growth stage companies. OpenRound makes this process more accessible and transparent by providing an online investment platform.
