RoundTable Healthcare Partners has appointed Amardeep Kahlon as an operating partner. Kahlon joins after serving as chief executive of Designs for Health, a RoundTable Fund V investment that was successfully exited in October 2025.
He has also been part of the firm’s Consumer Healthcare Council since 2021, giving him prior involvement with its investment and portfolio activities.
His broader background includes senior leadership roles in consumer health and nutrition businesses, including general manager at Reckitt’s US nutrition division and chief marketing officer at GSK’s US consumer healthcare business.
In his new role, Kahlon will work alongside RoundTable’s investment and operating teams to support portfolio company performance and contribute to the evaluation of new investment opportunities, with a particular focus on consumer healthcare assets.
The firm described the appointment as consistent with its long-standing operating model, which prioritises deep sector expertise and active involvement in value creation at portfolio companies. Leadership said Kahlon’s experience in scaling healthcare businesses will enhance the firm’s ability to drive performance across its investments.
RoundTable Healthcare Partners focuses exclusively on healthcare investments and partners with management teams, founders and corporate sellers. The firm has raised approximately $4.25bn across multiple funds and related credit vehicles, according to its latest disclosures.
