Rutland Partners, a turnaround and restructuring investor, has appointed Michael Reynolds as investment executive.
Reynolds is a business and legal studies graduate from University College Dublin and a postgraduate (accounting) of the Michael Smurfit Business School, Dublin.
Reynolds qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG Corporate Finance in 2010 where he spent three and a half years. He then moved to Hawkpoint Partners later in 2010 to join its corporate advisory group where he worked on a number of debt restructuring deals as well as sell-side and buy-side transactions.
Reynolds has experience of a range of sectors including leisure, industrials, FIG and healthcare.
The addition of Reynolds brings Rutland’s team of investment professionals to 12.
Michael Langdon, chairman of Rutland Partners, says: “Mike is a welcome addition to the team and has valuable transaction experience which will complement both our existing portfolio and deal origination.”
