Founder Christian Nentwich will remain as a shareholder and Chief Executive Officer.

Cairngorm Capital Partners has acquired Munnypot Limited and Whitefoord LLP, to launch Verso Wealth Management (Verso), a wealth management group providing financial advice and investment management, powered by a digital platform.
The acquisitions are expected to complete shortly, subject to FCA approval, and mark Cairngorm Capital’s entry into the financial services and wealthtech sectors – a long-held objective of the firm.

Limina, provider of a customisable cloud-native Investment Management Solution (IMS) for mid-sized asset managers, has completed a USD3 million Series A funding. The investment was led by Nordic venture capital firm Industrifonden.
Existing investors, including STOAF SciTech, Vidici Ventures, Almi Invest and Justin Wheatley, the founder of StatPro, also joined the latest funding round. The company’s enterprise SaaS model for asset management IMS has seen great traction from forward-looking asset managers across Europe in the past 18 months. Limina has delivered triple digit growth since 2019, with a steady stream of new client contracts, including Alquity and Lannebo.

Specialized Packaging Group (SPG), a vertically-integrated provider of protective packaging products, has acquired Bay Area-based Specialized Packaging Solutions (SPS).
The acquisition will enhance SPG’s existing capability set in its Engineered Packaging division, expanding the company’s reach while adding approximately 100 employees to its 1,100-person workforce. SPS and its full workforce will continue to operate in Newark, California while founder and CEO Terry Besso will be retiring. SPG, one of the largest independent protective packaging manufacturers in North America, is a portfolio company of Altamont Capital Partners.
