Precisely, a global specialist in data integrity software, backed by Clearlake Capital Group, LP (together with its affiliates, Clearlake) and TA Associates, have agreed to acquire process automation and master data management software provider Winshuttle from Symphony Technology Group (STG). The announcement follows the completion of Precisely’s acquisition of data governance software provider Infogix earlier this month. Terms for both deals have not been disclosed.  In Winshuttle, Precisely is acquiring comprehensive process automation and master data management software for managing, moving and validating large data volumes spanning multiple systems of record, including SAP ERP, and requiring the highest levels of
CloudNine, a provider of eDiscovery automation software simplifying litigation, investigations, and audits has announced the closing of a major funding round led by Denver based, private equity firm, Crest Rock Partners (Crest Rock). Terms of the transaction were not announced. Steve Johnson and Jeff Carnes, partners and co-founders of Crest Rock will join the CloudNine Board of Directors.

Build-to-rent and PBSA investor Amro Partners has launched a venture capital arm in order to invest in proptech and fintech start-ups that are looking to solve pain points in property deal processes.  Amro’s first investment is in the residential property transaction platform Coadjute, which digitally connects buyers, sellers and professional parties on a single network.  Using blockchain technology, Coadjute is an open network which seeks to allow all parties involved in a property transaction to share information and documents through their existing software, cut costs, reduce the risk of fall-throughs and speed up the process of buying and selling homes.  Following three pilots, Coadjute will use this
Browne Jacobson’s Corporate Technology team has advised Agilico Bidco Limited (Agilico), a workplace technology business, on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Diamond Group (Holdings) Ltd for an undisclosed sum. Agilico specialises in providing leading workplace technology solutions to a customer base of 11,000 including: managed print, information management, agile working and telecoms and IT.  The investment will support Agilico’s strategic plans for expansion and will strengthen its offering in the North region. Fresha, a beauty and wellness software platform, has secured USD100 million in a Series C investment round led by General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm, with strategic participation from Huda Kattan of HB Investments and the founder of Huda Beauty, as well as Michael Zeisser of FMZ Ventures, former Chairman Investments at Alibaba Group, and Jonathan Green of Lugard Road Capital.  Fresha’s existing global investors Partech, Target Global and FJ Labs also participated in the round, bringing the company’s total fundraising to USD132 million to date. Funds advised by Apax are to acquire Infogain, a Silicon Valley-based specialist in digital transformation and software services, from ChrysCapital.  The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in Q3 2021.
