The partnership offers eVestment Private Markets users the ability to access PitchBook’s fund-level performance data for more than 6,700 private market funds and 3,100 firms within the eVestment Profiles module – a global database of private markets firms. Additionally, users can leverage PitchBook Benchmarks, the data provider’s stand-alone performance measurement product, in their research and quantitative assessments
RBC Investor & Treasury Services (I&TS), part of Royal Bank of Canada, has been appointed depositary of Asset Management One Alternative Investments’ (AMOAI) first global Luxembourg domiciled infrastructure debt vehicle – Cosmic Blue PF Lotus FCP.
Japan’s AMOAI recently rebranded from Mizuho Global Alternative Investments, and RBC I&TS will also provide depositary, fund administration and transfer agency services to the new RAIF launched by AMOAI.

AIMA and CAIA are proposing a new system to help reduce the complexity of current methods of risk ratings at investment dealer firms.
The Associations have published guidelines on these methods in response to new regulations and consistent feedback from AIMA member firms that retail risk ratings unfairly rate alternative products automatically as high risk.

US technology company Workhorse Group has closed a USD35 million financing with Marathon Asset Management.
The proceeds will be used for current working capital, parts acquisitions to fulfil existing and future customer purchase orders and contracts as well as to satisfy full repayment of the senior secured notes incurred in July 2018.

Private equity firm Apposite Capital has teamed with management to make a substantial investment in Riverdale Healthcare and part fund its investment in Alpha Vitality Group. Debt for the investment has been provided by Metro Bank.
Alpha Vitality Group is a ten practice dental group operating in North East England offering a mix of NHS and private family dental services, implant and referral services and NHS and private orthodontics. Financial details of the transactions are not disclosed.
