Intertrust has been appointed as fund administrator to the UK’s first female founded, specialist private equity firm, Vaultier7 (V7).

Fund Partners (FP), a UK-based independent ACD (Authorised Corporate Director) has hired Chris Spencer as the new Managing Director for its London office.
FP was recently acquired by FundRock, one of the largest independent UCITS and AIFM investment management companies in Europe.

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Joh Berenberg, Gossler & Co KG, London branch, and Grant Thornton UK on the successful GBP163 million AIM market IPO of Alpha Financial Consulting Group plc, a provider of specialist consultancy services to the asset and wealth management industry.
Berenberg is acting as global coordinator and broker, and Grant Thornton is acting as nominated adviser. Admission is expected to become effective on 11 October 2017.

McCarthy Denning has advised new Curzon Energy on the admission of its shares to the Standard List to trade on the main market of the London Stock Exchange (LSE). The company raised gross proceeds of GBP2.3 million by a placing and subscription at the time of admission.
