Arma Partners has acted as exclusive financial advisor to MSI Holding AB (AddSecure), a portfolio company of GMT Communications Partners and Viking Venture AS, on its sale to ABRY Partners.
Headquartered in Stockholm, AddSecure is the Nordic market leader providing secure mission-critical M2M communications for security and other applications across a wide range of verticals including healthcare, public safety, transportation and utilities. The company manages a highly secure communications platform enabling the automated control and remote monitoring and management of sensors and other devices deployed in the field. Employing 120 people in Scandinavia, AddSecure has more than 100,000 business clients.
Brazos Private Equity Partners, a Dallas-based private investment firm, has sold Ennis-Flint – a specialist in pavement markings and traffic safety solutions – to an affiliate of Olympus Partners. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Headquartered in Thomasville, North Carolina, Ennis-Flint serves more than 4,000 government and private sector customers in more than 60 countries through 20 manufacturing facilities and sales offices located across five continents.

Mid-market private equity firm LDC has exited its investment in Workplace Systems, the provider of cloud-based scheduling software to the retail and hospitality sectors, in a sale to US-based WorkForce Software, for an undisclosed sum.

Perusa Partners Fund 2, has sold Swedish SEM Group to Procuritas Capital Investors V LP. Perusa Partners acquired SEM in 2012 and over the last three years has seen the company increase its revenues by 30 per cent to circa EUR35 million while doubling its profits to circa EUR8 million.
Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Innova, together with other minority shareholders, have sold their stakes in Marmite – the leading European cast marble sanitary ware manufacturer – to Cranemere Ltd in one of the biggest deals in Poland this year.
Innova purchased a controlling stake in Marmite from its founder Roger Johansson, in 2010. Under the leadership of CEO Robert Rutkowski and his team, the Company pursued its strategy of European expansion, product and material innovation and operating improvements, further extending its leadership position on the European market.
