Clearwater International as advised the shareholders of building product and servicing firm Gledhill on its sale to Groupe Atlantic, a specialist in heating, ventilation and air conditioning with a tunrover in excess of EUR1 billion.
With a nationwide customer base supplied by a network of manufacturing/distribution depots, Blackpool based Gledhill is the largest privately owned hot water cylinder manufacturer in the UK and has been in business since the Second World War. The business operates under a number of trading names including Gledhill Building Products, Gledhill Response and Gledhill Spare Parts.

Impax Asset Management (Impax) has completed the sale of a 51 per cent stake in Ballycadden Wind Farm, near County Wexford, Ireland to the Greystone Infrastructure Fund.
The wind farm has an installed capacity of 24 MW and is powered by nine Enercon turbines which were connected to the grid during the first half of 2013.
The acquisition represents the Fund’s inaugural investment in the European market and provides its institutional investors with an opportunity to gain long-term exposure to the European renewable energy sector.

Omnes Capital and Parquest Capital are selling their stakes in Vivalto Santé to a group of investors led by CDC International Capital and including Mubadala, insurer MACSF and Daniel Caille, Vivalto Santé's chairman and founder.
Vivalto Santé's management, long-standing non-controlling shareholders BNP Paribas Développement, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa and Unexo, and its practitioner-shareholders are retaining their interest in the company and taking part in this new funding round.
Vivalto Santé was created by Daniel Caille – supported from the outset by Omnes Capital and Parquest Capital – through the acquisition of Brittany-based group Cliniques Privées Associées (CPA) in 2009.
FS Investment Corporation IV (FSIC IV), a new business development company sponsored by Franklin Square Capital Partners (Franklin Square), has registered for public sale in a continuous offering up to 250 million shares of common stock.
FSIC IV is a publicly registered, non-traded business development company (BDC) focused on investing primarily in the senior secured debt of private middle market US companies, with the investment objective of generating current income and, to a lesser extent, long-term capital appreciation. NCR Corporation is to sell its Interactive Printer Solutions (IPS) division to Atlas Holdings. Financial terms of the transaction, which is exoected to close in the second quarter of 2016, have not been disclosed.
NCR’s IPS division is a provider of innovative consumable products and solutions for transactions, logistics and business processes in the retail, financial, hospitality, e-commerce, warehousing, distribution and manufacturing industries. The division provides a comprehensive suite of solutions including stock and custom colour-printed paper receipt rolls, pressure-sensitive label solutions, impact inking and thermal transfer ribbons, as well as other transaction related consumable products.

Harris Williams & Co has advised Baarsma Wine Group Business to Consumer (Baarsma B2C), a European eCommerce wine retailer, to Gilde Equity Management Benelux (GEM).
The transaction was led by Thierry Monjauze, Alex Murrill and Danielius Uznys of Harris Williams & Co.’s London office.
